Los Angeles, love it or hate it, it’s still one of the most picturesque cities in the world.  It may not have the old world charm of Paris, or the history of Rome, but tell anyone in the world that you’re from LA and you will get all manner of questions.  Once in a Paris shoe store, I was waited on by a young North African clerk who asked me where I was from and when I said Los Angeles, he said “ahh, Compton, I love the rap music!”  Check back periodically for more photos of LA and insight into the LA Architectural scene!
